HOW TO BRUSH YOUR TEETH…
Brushing your teeth is essential as part of your daily
routine, but are you brushing correctly?
Tip 2
To effectively brush your teeth, you should brush in a circular motion and in an “up down” motion in order not to scratch and hurt your gums. (A thrusting motion will start cutting into the tooth.)
